On February 28, 2024, Associate Professor of the Department of Chest Diseases at Mehmet Akif Ersoy State Hospital and Director of the Application and Research Center for Fighting Addiction. Dr. Tobacco Addiction Treatment Training was held under the coordination of Pınar Mutlu, in cooperation with the Provincial Health Directorate, Directorate of Public Health.

Not only physicians from Çanakkale, but also a total of 50 physicians from different provinces of our country attended the training, and they completed the face-to-face training part of the certification course they must take in order to work in smoking cessation polyclinics.
