The opening ceremony of the "Don't Be Addicted, Be an Athlete" Volleyball Tournament, organized by the ÇOMU Application and Research Center for Combating Addiction, took place at ÇOMU Faculty of Sports Sciences Naim Süleymanoğlu Sports Hall.

Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Director of the Center for Application and Research on Combating Addiction, Prof. Dr. Hürmüz Koç, academicians and students participated in the tournaments that started with the reading of the National Anthem.

 

In the Volleyball Tournament organized by the Anti-addiction Application and Research Center, 18 teams of 170 students (mixed male and female) from 7 faculties including Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Faculty of Science and Letters, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Tourism and Faculty of Agriculture will participate.
