"We really wanted to establish an addiction center within our university. First of all, we created the draft of our center and established our center with the approval of our President. While our center fights against addiction, we have prepared regulations and directives in a way that will not allow us to act against the ethical and moral values of our nation. I would like to thank our stakeholders who support our center to fight addiction in Çanakkale."
